Keeping You Up-To-Date
As part of the Amber service, we will carry out site surveys ensuring that our clients’ drawings remain current. We will help ensure that your database stays up-to-date and always contains your latest drawing documentation.

As changes on site are made, we will update construction issue drawings to reflect those changes
We can create record drawings for Facilities Management purposes such as space planning (As well as building alterations and additional M&E services)
In addition to carrying out site surveys, we accept drawings for update in any format, including: hand-drawn sketches, scanned images, PDF, visio files and many more.
Surveying – We visit site to establish construction details where no drawings exist. We will carry out full site surveying depending on our clients’ requirements.
Updating – We use the latest drawings that are available to undertake on-site surveys to update drawings to record status.
Drawing Integration – We will combine record drawings, for example where parts of buildings are refurbished, to create a master set of record drawings – ensuring correct layering and detailing.
Controlling - We will set up drawing management procedures for third parties who are responsible for generating drawings of building changes as they happen.
Managing – We will manage information that is being released to, and returned by, third parties.
